Saturday was the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Great Strides walk in Savannah. As "The Mini Coopers" team leader, I proudly report that we came in 3rd place overall for funds raised at the Savannah Forsyth Park Walk. Our team total was $4,785.00 and the Savannah total was over $24,000. WOW! The team consisted of myself, Patrick & Cooper, Stephen Smith, Marissa Niknafs, and Margaret Braziel. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to our effort. The walk was a total of 3 miles- Marissa did an awesome job and was able to complete the entire event. Glad to see her health really improving. I was able to walk 2 full miles with my knee brace on- very happy on that progress as well (looking forward to the day when I can jog again for sure). Cooper enjoyed playing at the park after the walk.
