Ultrasound of Carter
Today we are almost 33 weeks and had an ultrasound to check on Carter and fluid levels, etc. I LOVE ultrasounds, they are so amazing. Carter is looking so cute, much different than Cooper (for some reason I expected to see a baby on the screen that resembled Cooper). At this point he has long legs, big lips and was moving his mouth a lot as if he were trying to speak to us (we made up a dialog). He is turned head down, so we are on the right track. He still has the calcifications on his liver, but they appear to measure smaller than before and there were no signs of anything else that was concerning. Most likely, he will have an ultrasound of his organs when he is born. I was also hooked up to the fetal monitor to check movement and his heart rate closely- Carter was taking a nap, so I ate some peanut butter crackers to give a little jolt. He then really showed the doctor how much he likes to move around. We will have another ultrasound in two weeks to again measure fluids and see if there are any patterns to start monitoring (again, all precautionary as a result of Cooper's surprise induction). I no longer have a scanner to post some of the ultrasound pictures, but I will see if I can find a way to get them up.

Hey! So glad to hear everything is great. We had an ultrasound done this week and Austin looks exactly like Logan did. When we compare ultrasound pictures you can't even tell which baby is which! Can't wait to see you next week. XOXO
Very happy to hear things are going great with Carter! Can't wait to meet him.
Hugs,
Cata
