Last week Patrick traveled to Seattle and my two sweet baby boys and I took a trip to Atlanta. We set out to visit with Grandparents and whomever else we could, as most of our trips up are so rushed and jam-packed. It was also sort-of a way to prove to myself that, "Hey, I can do this, right!?" The car ride there and back was much better than I ever expected, but everything else was a little more difficult with two the out of the comforts of our own environment. I think we all learned that a house can never be Cooper-proofed, thus there were not many free moments to do things like take a shower and dress myself without helping hands nearby. I would say the trip was not as productive as I hoped (in regards to very little shopping being done), but some great quality time was spent with those we were able to visit with and I think that was much more enjoyable and memorable than trying to do too much. Cooper was such my little pal the whole trip, he ate at the table, just like the rest of us, not in a high chair. He was happy, once we got home, to have his chair though.
Sadly, I managed to take an incredibly small amount of pictures on our little adventure. Here are pretty much all I came home with. How we took none on our visit with Gammy Poppy and Aunt Meredith or with our visit to meet Austin Harris is just crazy to me.
Cooper rode his first pony.
He was not even scared.
Carter finally got to meet his Great Grandma
