Spring Fever

Seriously, spring is wonderfully in the air here and of course what hits me but a cold. It is just gorgeous weather though. Savannah does not have much of a spring- pretty much straight to summer with the humidity, so if some warm days in February are what we call spring I suppose it's now Spring.

I have been waiting to post so I could get pictures from last weekend up, but there are a lot and taking a long time to go through. We went to Denver (Charlotte), NC last weekend for a visit with the Antley's. Darryl, Donna, Season, and Jason came over for an oyster roast. We had a super fun weekend. Cooper and Jameson finally played together and Jameson still showed no interest in the ba-by. She finally wanted to hold him on Sunday, but for only just a minute. Jameson also taught Cooper how to meow like a cat. She just talks and talks and talks and talks and is the sweetest sweetest tiny girl.

All of a sudden, over the last two weeks, Cooper had a major growth spurt- every single one of his pair of play pants are now highwaters. The spring must have hit him too and he decided to pop up like a weed. Speaking of weed, I don't know what to do with Cooper's hair. It has some very cute curl to it that I am afraid to lose if we cut it, but it is stringy and out of control, not too mention extremely thin. We laugh at his hair do's daily (is that mean, I laugh at not with my kid?!). Cooper has also newly named his pacifier "re-re", which he is getting better at not having to have it all the time now.

What else? Carter is HUGE. He is built so different from his brother. Carter wore one of Cooper's old shirts the other day at 4.5 months that Cooper did not wear until he was 8.5 months- just thick and solid. Carter just blah's and blooh's and coo's and laughs all day and night. He is drooling like a water spicket though, just soaking through bibs. Picking things up and putting them in his mouth by himself is his favorite thing right now. Now if sleep could become an interest, we would be doing really good.

Hope you have a SWEET VALENTINE'S DAY!
