So Thursday night before Patrick was leaving we were going out for what I thought was a family birthday "dinner" for Cooper but Patrick would not tell me where we were going. It was a surprise for Cooper and I. We all went to Chuck E Cheese and a bigger surprise was that two of Cooper's friends, Sadie Grace and Hunter (as well as our friends their parents) joined too. This was Cooper's first Chuck E Cheese experience and I thought he was way too young to enjoy it. I could not have been more wrong. He ran straight to the stage with the giant rock band and was dancing and then running around the place, playing video games, ski ball, exploring the tunnels, etc. etc. It was a fun night...full of great happy surprises.
This is how Cooper thought you were supposed to win big at ski ball....hmmm I wonder who might have encouraged this?!
(
if you click directly on the photo it will take you to an album of more fun pictures from Chuck E Cheese- he truly has no fear) .
Birthday side notes....Poor Coop got 2 huge back teeth (2 year molars) for his birthday- runny nose and major amounts of pain included.
I think I had mentioned a while back we were trying to teach Cooper how to jump and it was really difficult, well he mastered it. Cooper can jump- both feet fulling coming off the ground and is even trying to jump across/over things. It's so cute because he is so proud.
