1 Week Post Scope

I am sorry I forgot to post after my knee arthroscopy last week and tell you how it went. Well it went like this:
I don't remember the surgery, but the entire event was much better than I anticipated. The doctor found a torn meniscus and scar tissue build up, so he repaired and cleaned it out. They had me at physical therapy the following day. Ouch. I truly feel better, stronger, less swollen every day. No crutches, no stitches- just some tape over the two holes on my knee and a sleeve over my knee for a little support until I'm all better. I have PT for 3-4 weeks and then should be all set. Yeah! I hope not to repeat this post in a year or two. Thanks for all the love sent my way. Patrick- thanks for being my nurse and super Dad so I could get the rest I needed.
