I would like to think that change usually is for the good. Cooper and Carter's childcare situation has once again changed, but I really do think this time it is permanent and the best fit for our family. Cooper was under-stimulated at home all day, though he loved the time with his brother. Not to mention, it was not aiding in his speech development to not be around others on a consistent basis. My motherly instincts were telling me something was not working at home, but I just could not find the answer on the situation, a few prayers and my answer was given...very directly might I add.
Last week was their first week at the new nursery school and I already noticed differences, exhaustion and happiness. This is the first time they are apart during the day in 9.5 months, so it has been an adjustment- the teachers have told me Cooper continually wants to know how his Goo Goo is doing so they have started letting them visit each other......oh just melts my heart. Let's hope you don't hear about this anymore -for mine and our children's sake. You just never know what each day will bring to the table.
Oh and talk about change- Carter will be 1 in a little over 8 weeks............WHAT?
