Baby Boy is 1 years old now(as of Tuesday 9/22)
- Weighs 20.8 lbs
- He has only two little chompers on the bottom.
- Says "Mama" "Dada" "Uh Uh" "Hi" "Uh Oh" "Baba"
- Loves to climb on top of anything he can reach- and if he can't reach it, figure out what can help him reach it.
- Has walked more than two steps at a time on many occasions, but only when people are not watching/pressuring (thus the reason we do not have it on video yet to show you). I was peaking in at him through a window and saw him just walking down the hall.
- Has gained all the love and concern and care from a big brother that a boy can ask for.
Just as Cooper did for his first Birthday, Carter was lucky and got to have two Birthday parties this year, as we celebrated in Atlanta with most of our family and friends that live their and a second celebration at home on his Birthday Day with some of our Savannah family and friends. Thanks to everyone who was able to come and share this special time with our family!
Guess it's one of those silly Mom things, but I insisted Carter did not have the taste of cake until his 1st Birthday. He enjoyed it, with a little hesitation...but, the second go-round Carter dove in. He had fun opening presents and listened closely to the sweet words read to him that were written in his cards.
Happy Birthday Sweet Carter James. You are Loved So Very Much.

I think it is great that he didn't have cake until his bday. That is how it should be done. I wanted to do that, didn't think to tell others and at his dad's bday party people were giving little Austin cake! HA!
